the surprise shower

I don't think that I ever posted pictures or told you all about the wonderful surprise shower that my kiddos threw me at school. A handful of moms took control and 61 little 10 year olds kept a secret. I could not believe it!!!

This picture is from right when I entered. In the background is my partner teacher, Susan.

They gave Josephine all her bedding, baskets full of goodies, and a piggy bank in which one of the parents painted and every kiddo was able to sign. It is fantastic. You can see it next to the cake in this picture.

They loved seeing me grow all year, and are very eager to meet little Josie next year. I told them that I will bring her up to school during my maternity leave so they have a chance to say hi! What a great experience. I love my job...=>
